Payments made for digital services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or work has commenced. This includes (but is not limited to) digital product access, campaign strategy, account setup, audience research, creative production, tracking implementation, media buying, consultations or ongoing optimization.
If you cancel before work has started, you may request a refund of the unused portion of your payment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 business days of payment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Retainer agreements or monthly campaign management can be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected]. Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Fees paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) are governed by those platforms’ terms and are non-refundable by Inova Media Group LLC.
In the event of a duplicate charge or billing error caused by Inova Media Group LLC, a full refund will be issued once verified. Please notify us at [email protected] within 7 business days of the charge.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend active services during the investigation. We’re happy to resolve any billing issues directly—please email [email protected] for a prompt review.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
